USA Shipping

We’re happy to provide free shipping within 1–3 business days for all orders delivered in the United States. These orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Watertown, Wisconsin.

If a product is unavailable at our U.S. warehouse, it may be dispatched from one of our international fulfillment centers. When this happens, the 1–3 business day shipping option will indicate a delay, and the terms outlined in our Worldwide Shipping Policy will apply.

Australia Shipping

We’re pleased to offer free shipping within 1–4 business days throughout Australia, with orders fulfilled from our facility in Alexandria, New South Wales.

If a product is unavailable at our Australian warehouse, it may be shipped from an international fulfillment center. In this situation, the 1–4 business day shipping option will not appear during checkout, and our Worldwide Shipping Policy will apply.

Worldwide Shipping

We provide free tracked shipping to customers around the world. After your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes between 4 and 13 business days.

Deliveries to PO boxes and military addresses may require between 4 and 30 business days. Whenever possible, we also recommend using a residential address instead of a business address, as deliveries made outside normal business hours may sometimes result in delays or delivery complications.

Duties and Customs

PuppyPad is not responsible for paying or reimbursing customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed under local regulations.

In many cases, VAT and customs charges may not be applied due to the relatively low value of our shipments. However, we strongly recommend reviewing the customs, import duty, and VAT requirements in your location before placing an order to help prevent unexpected fees or delivery delays.

Important Information

If a product is unavailable at one fulfillment center, we may send it from another warehouse that can provide the quickest available delivery. The shipping location will be selected at our discretion to help ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Once an order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it or make any changes. After the package has been delivered, you may return the items according to our return policy.
