PuppyPad provides this website, together with all information, features, tools, products, and services available through it, subject to your acceptance of the terms, conditions, policies, and notices set forth in these Terms of Service.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising between you and us, or between you and Stodge, LLC, doing business as Postscript, or any other third-party service provider acting on our behalf in connection with the transmission of mobile messages under the Program, shall be resolved through arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

This includes disputes relating to federal or state statutory claims, common law claims, these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this agreement.

Any question concerning whether a dispute is subject to arbitration, including the scope or applicability of this arbitration provision, shall also be determined through arbitration.

The arbitration will take place in the United States and will be conducted before a single arbitrator.

Section 18 – Governing Law

These Terms of Service, together with any separate agreement through which we provide services to you, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
